Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing yoga practice that builds strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the nervous system. Movements are linked together in a smooth sequence with the breath, creating a moving meditation that leaves you feeling grounded, clear, and energised. Can be practised with a Slow Flow with fewer poses, slower pace & slightly longer pose holds or it can have more of a Dynamic Free Flow which can be slow or fast with the freedom to move between asana in your own way as long as it feels good for your body or a Power Flow which is more on the Active Dynamic Flow generating heat, cultivating power through the poses.

Kemetic Yoga

as taught by Yirser Ra Hotep, is an ancient Egyptian system of yoga based on the body postures and spiritual teachings depicted in the temple walls and papyrus texts of ancient Kemet (Egypt).

This style of yoga is slow, controlled, breath-focused, and meditative. Movements are done slowly and with awareness, often using geometric postures, spinal alignment, and deep breathing to cultivate energy, balance, and inner stillness.

Unlike fast-paced yoga styles, Kemetic Yoga focuses on:

  • Spinal health and alignment
  • Controlled breathing
  • Slow transitions between postures
  • Sacred geometry of the body
  • Meditation and internal awareness
  • Energy cultivation and balance

It is often described as a moving meditation rather than a workout.

Yin Yoga

Is a slow, meditative, floor-based practice where poses are held for several minutes to gently stretch the deep connective tissues of the body. The practice improves flexibility, supports joint health, and deeply calms the nervous system, leaving you feeling grounded, rested, and restored. Often using props such as bolsters and blocks.

This is more than movement - it’s a practice of awareness, breath, and connection.
