Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing yoga practice that builds strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the nervous system. Movements are linked together in a smooth sequence with the breath, creating a moving meditation that leaves you feeling grounded, clear, and energised. Can be practised with a Slow Flow with fewer poses, slower pace & slightly longer pose holds or it can have more of a Dynamic Free Flow which can be slow or fast with the freedom to move between asana in your own way as long as it feels good for your body or a Power Flow which is more on the Active Dynamic Flow generating heat, cultivating power through the poses.
